Join Oregonians at the Capitol February 1st to Unite For Medical Freedom
Oregonians are coming together on the first day of the short legislative session Tuesday, February 1 at the Capitol Mall in Salem. Come and Unite for Medical Freedom. There will be speakers, music and community. We want to make sure that our legislators hear us! We want the end of Emergency Orders, the end of mask mandates, we want to take the power back into the hands of the people rather then Emergency Executive Powers given the the governor and the Oregon Health Authority. We must stop OHA’s plan to roll out a digital vaccine record- “vax pass”. We will not stand for discrimination, segregation and the destruction of our communities with these policies! Kids need to be in school, maskless rather than behind a computer screen suffering irreparable and still unknown repercussions of these baseless policies. The legislature wants to pass a bill to take away non-medical exemptions to vaccines in order to attend school and extracurricular programs. This will mean that your child will have no way out of the COVID vaccine once it is added to the school schedule (this is coming, as we all know). We need to have choices!
It’s time for Oregonians to come together and say, “enough is enough”. We want the legislative process returned to the people. We want to meet with our legislators and have our voices be heard through the democratic process. Emergencies cannot allow the government to cut the people out of these decisions. WE ARE DONE and we WANT TO CHOOSE!!! The legislative session ends March 8, so we need to be persistent and act quickly as the session will be over and our opportunities lost if we don’t act now!
Show up! Let our numbers show the Governor and OHA that we are not backing down. Next, email all of your representatives every day asking them to take away the Emergency Powers they gave to Gov. Brown, and to stop OHA from rolling out the Vax Pass and letting them know to uphold current non-medical exemptions to school vaccinations.
We are hearing from the Democrats that none of their constituents are talking to them. So to them, everyone is happy with how this is going. We cannot give them ammunition to vote against our kids and continue to vote for these bad policies. WRITE/CALL and tell them how you feel, or they will continue to pass these policies and give Gov. Brown, OSHA and OHA all of the power.
